These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Homm & Kasper GBR (“STAGEMIX”, “we”, “us”), Buchäckerweg 1B, 91224 Pommelsbrunn, Germany. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
STAGEMIX provides professional audio editing services including, but not limited to, show/performance editing, remixing, mixing sessions, and music production. The exact scope of each project is defined by the order details and confirmed quote.
Orders are submitted through our platform. After reviewing your material, we will provide a quote. A binding contract is formed once you accept the quote and complete payment. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in EUR and include 19% VAT (MwSt) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before work begins. Invoices are generated automatically upon successful payment and sent via email.
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity. Completed work is made available for download through the client portal. One round of revisions is included unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
You retain all rights to your original material. Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the delivered edited material. We may retain anonymous samples for portfolio purposes unless you explicitly object in writing.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond our control. We take reasonable care to safeguard uploaded material but cannot guarantee against technical failures.
You may cancel an order before work has begun for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the progress made. Completed work is non-refundable.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for order processing, invoicing, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary for service delivery (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Nürnberg, Germany. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
